Chicago Bridge says facts of 'nolo contendere' plea are part of analysis of plaintiffs' care in handling wastes

Defendant Chicago Bridge and Iron Company (CB&I) challenged on July 1 an effort to preclude use of Trinity Industries Inc. and Trinity Industries Railcar Corp.'s nolo contendere plea in 2006 to misdemeanor counts related to the alleged storage, transport, and disposal of solid waste at the South Plant in Greenville and evidence supporting criminal charges.
