Plaintiff has not established that there are no genuine issues of material fact in regard to its claims against TCC and Hunter, or in regard to the amount of its claims. Accordingly, TCC and Hunter respectfully request that the Court dismiss Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment as it applies to TCC and Hunter.
