The U.S. Navy is phasing out 30-year-old wooden housing trailers and replacing them with Royal Concrete Concepts (RCC) concrete modular housing units on Andros Island in the Bahamas.rnThe wooden trailers beaten by hurricane-force winds required constant maintenance and repairs due to the harsh coastal conditions.
