Management Activities Council reorganized as Business Performance Council

The former Management Activities Council has been reorganized under the leadership of new chair David Dieter of Mid-State Precast. A one-day strategic planning meeting was held in June at PCI headquarters in Chicago, Ill., to formulate the direction and first initiatives of ' the council. The purpose of the council is to improve member business performance. Initially, the Productivity Committee, the Financial Performance/Contracts Committee, and the Plant Safety and Environmental Committee will report to the Business Performance Council.
