Digital video recorders (DVRs) used to be confined to the living room. Now a new breed of palm-sized portable video recorders (PVRs) has hit the shelves. Just connect them to your TV or PC and you can record the latest episode of The Office and watch it-well, on your way to the office. PVRs can also serve as MP3 players, voice recorders, and more. We recently tested three PVRs in the Labs to find out which ones work best.
