SPIN DEPENDENCE OF THE INTERACTION OF ANTIPROTONS WITH THE DEUTERON

Elastic scattering of antiprotons on the deuteron is studied within the Glauber-Sitenko theory accounting for the single and double scattering mechanisms and the full spin dependence of the transition matrix element. Differential cross sections, analyzing powers and total polarized cross sections are calculated for antiproton beam energies between 50 and 300 MeV using the Juelich models for the N N interaction.
