300th Metso's RM3 Retention Analyser Installed on BM2 at Stora Enso Imatra

The RM3 retention analyser installed on BM2 at Stora Enso Imatra Mills' Kauko-paa production unit is Metso's 300th to the paper and board industry. Three analysers were installed at the wet end of the machine to measure white water consistency of all layers online. Prior to the installation of the RM3 retention analyser, white water analyses on BM2 were carried out manually. Two Metso MCA microwave consistency sensors were also included in the delivery, which measured the total consistency after the machine chest.
