Interpack was both amazing and exhausting. There were over 2 744 exhibitors spread over 19 halls comprising 17 000m~2! The world's largest packaging exhibition featured packaging ingredients, materials and machinery from over 121 countries. After four days of non-stop walking, I realised I had literally reached the end of the road when instead of handing me a press release, the lady at the Windmoller & Hoelscher stand handed me a pack containing plasters! I confess that on my last day there, I used the rickshaw cart - which moves at the same pace as somebody walking - to transport me between halls!
