The Institute for International Research (IIR) is hosting Food Labelling 2010 from September 27-29, 2010, at the MR Conference Centre in Rosebank.rnSA recently adopted a new regulation on food labelling, Regulation 146 as part of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act (Act 54 of 1972). As a result, the process of food labelling has come under scrutiny, placing pressure on companies to comply with the latest regulation.
