Dover Flexo Electronics (DFE) announced the SteadyWeb™5 Digital Tension Controller is now available with Ethernet connectivity for remote PC or wi-fi smart-device access. With closed-loop digital PID control, the SteadyWeb™5 maintains set tension on the web to improve process consistency. The large LCD with color graphics simplifies setup and configuration. Features like bar-graph, analog, and histogram run-mode views, Tune View™, diameter calculation, and graphical diagnostics can enhance the user's understanding of the tension variables on a machine.
