This is the fifth in a series of important meetings stretching back to the beginning of this decade, to a time when producer-consumer dialogue established itself firmly on the international energy agenda. Dialogue has progressed steadily since then, enhancing mutual understanding among the various parties in the industry and bringing widespread recognition of the importance of price stability and energy security for both producers and consumers.
