Advanced Search Techniques: Geolocation and Structured Data Search

Google has been busy over the last few years changing, eliminating, and dropping support for a wide range of advanced search features and capabilities. Links to advanced search pages have either been removed or hidden. Advanced limits moved from high visibility on the side of Google's search page to a less prominent top button labeled Search Tools, and then slowly disappeared, one by one. Some search capabilities, standard within other databases, have never been available.
