Another week has gone by, and another $1 billion or so in interchange fees has chinked its way into the coffers of Visa and MasterCard. But come July, the two card giants may make slightly less, at least from Jimmy Walker and his 180 Southeast c-stores. Walker is president of Flash Foods, a Waycross, Ga.-based chain. Next month, his stores will offer two prices for fuel - "unleaded cash" will be 6-7cts/gal cheaper than "unleaded credit." And there will be another 3cts/gal discount for consumers who use Flash Foods' "Go Blue" ACH loyalty card, 9cts/gal in all.
