Marketer expands in deal for West Coast Shell stations

West Coast marketer Nick Goyal has acquired 20 stations in the Sacramento area from Shell. The purchase was finalized through Nakash Enterprises, LLC, a company owned and controlled by Goyal and members of his family, sources say. The sites will continue to fly the Shell flag. Nakash Enterprises is an affiliate of Vintners Distributors, Inc., a California-based real estate development and management firm. Since its founding in 1978, Vintners' portfolio has grown to include 40 sites within California. The company currently operates 22 Shell locations throughout the state.
