A couple of deals have been done in this space in 2008. Buckeye bought northeastern terminal operator and wholesaler Farm & Home and the acquisitive Master Limited Partnership has looked at other properties. The next deal for a terminal may well be the Newburgh, N.Y. storage that has been shopped by Warex. Sources say that Buckeye, NuStar, Gulf and Global were among the companies that showed interest in the facility.
