Circle K and its Canadian parent company Alimentation Couche-Tard have negotiated an out-of-court settlement with a small New Mexico marketer who claimed the two firms cheated him when he sold them 16 c-stores, Oil Express learns.rnThe settlement with Clovis, N.M.-based Conway Oil and veteran marketer Jim Conway Jr., comes three months after a federal judge delivered a stinging rebuke to Couche-Tard Chief Operating Officer Brian P.
