Citgo launches new MasterCard offer for fleets

Citgo will unveil a new co-branded MasterCard for commercial fleets on June 1. The refiner says the new "Business Select Universal" plastic will offer special rebates to fleets which purchase their fuel at Citgo-flagged sites and therefore should deliver additional sales to its marketers.rnThe tiered rebate structure will pay accounts 1ct/gal on Citgo-branded fuel purchases of 500 to 2,499 gallons, 2cts/gal on volumes of 2,500 to 4,999 gals, 3cts on up to 6,999 gals, 4cts on up to 9,999 gals, and 5cts/gal if an account buys 10,000 gals or more.
