Though CITGO talked up a mobile app designed to boost customer loyalty during a brand meeting in April at the Midwest Petroleum and Convenience Tradeshow, jobbers attending a more recent company meeting got the impression the app is far from launch. The major confirms that's the case. CITGO held its annual Northeast Region Retailer meeting Tuesday at the Foxwood Resort Casino in Ledyard, Conn., inviting marketers from nine states.
