Heating oil firm under fire to complete deliveries

A New Hampshire heating oil firm was investigated by the state of New Hampshire after hundreds of customers complained it failed to make deliveries. The company promised the state's attorney general it would fulfill all sales promptly. At presstime, Fred Fuller Oil and Propane Co. had told the state it would complete the deliveries by Jan. 10, according to James Boffetti, senior assistant attorney general and chief of Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau.
