Legal: Circle K sues landlord over improvements

In what's been called an unusual legal case, Circle K, a branded fuel distributor in California and a business unit of Canadian-based c-store giant Alimentation Couche-Tard, sued the former landlord of one of its Mobil stations to get control over the improvements.
