M&A: CST Brands, Sunoco eyeing more acquisitions

CST Brands finished its first full year as a standalone corporation with a bang, booking $94 million in net income thanks mostly to near record retail fuel margins. And despite tough sledding with fuel margins so far this year, the company still plans ambitious growth this year, via its ownership in master limited partnership CrossAmerica (formerly known as Lehigh Gas).
