Los Angeles – Phillips 66 is rolling out mobile payment before the end of September as a payment option both inside and outside the store, the major told attendees at its brand meeting during the Pacific Oil Conference here. The soft rollout is this fall, and full-blown introduction is the first quarter of next year, the company said.
