M&A: Griffin buys Allied affiliates

Griffin Energy Services of Columbia, Md., has acquired the assets of Allied Oil and Allied Trucking of Hillsborough, N.J., for undisclosed terms, according to Cetane Associates on Tuesday. Cetane Associates, a financial advisor to retail energy marketers, served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to the seller.
