M&A: Deals keep coming as the year draws to close

Merger and acquisition activity continues to accelerate as 2021 comes to a close. Over the past week, three deals were announced: Superior Plus acquired Hopkins Propane, Majors Management LLC has acquired Tri-State Petroleum Corp., and Sharp Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chesapeake Utilities Corp., acquired the propane operations of Diversified Energy LLC.
