Sunoco trolling for customers in wholesale distribution biz

Sunoco LP officials said the partnership would take aconservative and opportunistic approach to acquisitionswithin its midstream and downstream businesses, targetingorganic growth – primarily in fuel distribution – in thecoming year.In its fourth-quarter earnings call with analysts, thecompany said it plans growth capital expenditures of about$120 million in 2021, up about 35% from the $89 million ingrowth capex Sunoco spent in 2020. The “majority” of that$120 million will go toward organic expansion of its fueldistribution network, as it continues to troll fornew customers.
