Robert Williamson, general manager of Moyer Indoor | Outdoor, recently offered tips on managing seven diverse divisions – including heating oil deliveries, lawn care and pet control – during the recent Eastern Energy Expo (related story, Page 4): 1. Divvy up management. Moyer has appointed a general manager over each division. “If we don’t have leadership in an area, it doesn’t work,” he said. “Without a good manager, we struggle.”
