Petrobras ramps up Prorefam orders

At the recent Santos Offshore conference and trade show, Petrobras officials emphasised the importance of their Unidade de Operacoes de Exploracao e Producao da Petrobras (UO-BS, or the operations unit for exploration and production, OSB, in the Santos Basin), and announced that a public tender would be held for an OSB with two new berths at the port of Santos. Then, days after this announcement, US-based owner Edison Chouest declared that it would begin operating a new 12-berth OSB from early next year.
