Signal International has been awarded two contracts from Hercules Offshore for repair of submersible Hercules 78 and jackup Hercules 201, both of which were damaged by Hurricane Ike. The rigs arrived at Signal International's East Yard in Pascagoula, Miss., last week. Repairs are expected to take around 30 days. Hercules does not expect the repairs to exceed its US$10 million insurance deductible.
