Hse has published a consultation document outlining how it plans to implement the European Physical Agents (Artificial Optical Radiation) Directive in Great Britain.rnThe directive aims to protect workers from hazardous sources of artificial light, particularly their eyes and skin, and will be implemented in GB by the Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations 2010, which are due to come into force next April.
