Record Keeping

摘要

Many organisations, particularly smaller concerns, feel that the old saying that only two things are certain in life, death and taxes, should be modified to include form-filling. Although the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA) does not specifically mention record keeping in its main sections, it is implied in several places. And supporting HSWA are numerous regulations with either explicit or implied record keeping requirements.
