Road safety spending guidance issued to councils

With the recent Government Spending Review in mind, leading road safety organisations, including the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety and RoSPA, have issued a joint briefing document to help local authority chief executives set spending priorities that will protect their communities.
