Hse's Ladder Exchange initiative is back for a fourth year. HSE has again teamed up with a number of ladder manufacturers and retailers - see - in an effort to remove "dodgy" ladders from use. Under the scheme, people bringing in old and damaged ladders are given a discount on a new replacement.
