Manager charged over coal mine deaths

Malcolm Fyfield, the mine manager at Glei-sion coal mine in Wales where four miners lost their lives in September 2011, has been charged with four counts of gross negligence manslaughter. Miners Charles Breslin, Philip Hill, Garry Jenkins and David Powell all lost their lives when the mine in which they were working was engulfed by an enormous inrush of water.
