Flame retardant bump cap

Scott Safety has extended its range of bump caps to include the new flame retardant First Base 3 FR Bump Cap. According to the firm, not only does the cap protect workers in a variety of "head bump-risk occupations", it also protects those in environments where hot sparks are generated, such as automated welding or grinding, or where workers are exposed to flammable liquids that could burn the head or potentially ignite hair.
