Utilities firm joins new fundraising initiative

Morrison Utility Services (MUS) has joined RoSPA's new 'Family of Fundraisers' initiative following an appeal to the private sector. Under the new initiative, companies with a strong safety culture are invited to support RoSPA's work in the wider community. Morrison Utility Services works with utility companies in the electricity, gas, water, rail and telecommunications sectors. The company won the Sir George Earle Trophy, RoSPA's top OS&H accolade, at RoSPA's Occupational Health and Safety Awards in 2013 because of its continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention and outstanding performance in reducing the number of injuries to staff and contractors.
