ETHICS GUIDANCE UPDATE

The Faculty of Occupational Medicine has issued revised text to amend its 2006 Guidance on ethics for occupational physicians in light of the new CMC guidance on confidentiality (OH at Work 2009; 6(4): 6-7) and the need to ensure that individuals are wholly aware of the purpose of an OH report and have given their fully informed and explicit consent to its production and release.
