摘要

A judicial review is being sought by two care home workers challenging the lawfulness of regulations that will prohibit care home employers from deploying anyone who has not been double vaccinated against COVID-19. A pre-action protocol for Judicial Review of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 (HSCCov) has been sent to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. If the review goes ahead the government would have to show in court that the regulations were lawful.
