Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments Nov. 4 in a lawsuit that challenges the above-ground storage of spent nuclear fuel at California's Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.rnThe suit, filed by the anti-Diablo group San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace, argues that the plant operator, Pacific Gas & Electric Co., should prepare an environmental impact statement that thoroughly analyzes the potential environmental effects of an attack on the dry-cask storage facility.
