Executive Order Targets Publicly Traded Securities of Chinese Military Companies Operating in the USA

An Executive Order signed by US President Donald Trump on November 12 targets Chinese entities and prohibits any transaction by US persons in publicly traded securities, or any securities that are derivative of, or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities, of certain companies on a Pentagon List, as well as any additional companies that may be added in the future.
