History of the VVER reactor design

摘要

Russia's first water-water power reactor was put in operation in 1964 at Novovoronezh. The first two nuclear power units of this plant demonstrated the technical reliability of nudear-fuel-based commercial energy sources, and allowed development of the first generation of reactors.
