(MHI) and the share-rnholders of Maintenance Partners NV of Belgium have reached a takeover agreement.rnUnder the agreement a London-based subsidiary of MHI, Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe, Ltd. (MPSE), will acquire 100% of the shares in Maintenance Partners NV, which offers maintenance, repair and reconditioning of all electrical and mechanical rotating machines (generators, gas turbines, steam turbines, etc).
