As the UK executive director for performance and quality at Jacobs, Jack Gritt is responsible for leadership in delivery, performance, quality and continuous improvement for a diverse range of projects and clients. Before this, Jack was director of operations, focusing on a significant portfolio for Jacobs' nuclear business in the UK. Jack is a chartered mathematician and a member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications. With 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry, she has held a number of positions across executive, operations, programme and project management, safety case management, and performance and quality.
