摘要

A new acoustic sensor of liquids based on the detection of temperature variations in an acoustic line during evaporation of microsamples (droplets) from its surface is proposed and studied. The dynamics of evaporation of demonized water, spirit, acetone, and hexane droplets is studied, and the dependencies of he acoustic response and the evaporation time on the sample volume are measured by using acoustic waves of the Rayleigh and surface types. It is shown that he magnitude and the sign of the response can be varied due to anisotropy properties of the temperature coefficient of the probing wave delay.
