摘要

A phenomenological model of the high-frequency electromagnetic pulse resulting from a high-alti- tude nuclear explosion is proposed. The model provides a basis for the refined assessment of the vulnerability of electronic systems and for setting standards for the development of detectors of such explosions. The model parameters can either be adjusted by approximating the results based on rigorous models of the electromagnetic pulse or determined by analyzing experimental results.
