摘要

A new approximation method for functions with a finite spectrum that uses shifted and contracted Fourier transforms of atomic functions is proposed and substantiated. An analog of the Kotel'nikov (Shannon sampling) theorem is proven. Application of the new approach to antenna synthesis problems is exemplified.
