摘要

The method of statistical simulation is used for modeling random properties of spatial-temporal signals and wave fields. Solutions to the problems on the distributions of the magnitude of a multidimensional vector, the phase of a 2D vector, and the azimuthal and meridional angles of a 3D vector with the components characterized by a stable 1D distribution are considered. The advantages of statistical simulation over analytical and numerical methods are demonstrated.
