摘要

The coupled circuit model is applied to calculation of transmission and reflection functions for 2D lattices composed of metal rings or ferroelectric resonators. The problem of determining the effective complex permittivity and permeability of such structures is discussed. Examples of numerical calculation of the effective permittivity and permeability are given. For a lattice composed of ferroelectric resonators, theoretical results are compared with experimental data.
