摘要

The problem of fabrication of compact units for digital holography that are compatible with optical microscopes and the features and advantages of a two-component lens-in-lens interferometer in such units are considered. Optical design and aberration correction of such an interferometer that represents a compact module, have been carried out. A similar module can be used in systems for the analysis of micro-objects with a smooth distribution of the phase delay in biomedicine and industry.
