As service providers strive to offer more efficient and higher-quality multimedia services to their customers, the service operation system (S-OpS) becomes more and more important. Usually, an S-OpS is developed specifically for the services offered, so we have to remake it when the target service is changed. Therefore, it is difficult to offer services quickly and to reduce the cost of devel- oping S-OpS. To solve this problem, we are studying a common service operation platform for multimedia ser- vices, called MSI (Multimedia Service Integration).
