Johns Manville names Engineered Products brand

Johns Manville (JM), a leading manufacturer of nonwovens, has announced Evalith as the unified brand for its Engineered Products nonwovens business. North American nonwovens product lines will now share the Evalith brand name with the company's European nonwovens product lines, allowing the Engineered Products business to leverage and operate under one global brand. JM's European nonwovens business has produced products under the brand name Evalith since 2012. The title comes from the Latin word 'evalidus', which means 'very strong'. JM chose Evalith to represent the strength of its various nonwovens products with respect to quality, product characteristics and their versatile application fields - from glass fibre-reinforced roofing membranes to air filtration.
